Seismic improvement intervention for Takeda’s industrial prefabricated building.

Manini Service carried out a seismic upgrade for Takeda.

For our client Salto Costruzioni, we carried out a seismic improvement intervention in Rieti, at the production facility of Takeda Oncology, a company operating in the pharmaceutical sector.

An industrial prefabricated building from the 1970s, constructed by a third-party company no longer active, which required a specialized intervention.

A challenging consolidation project, given the need to operate within a structure heavily occupied by industrial systems that prevented the natural use of lifting equipment.
