With the renewal of the Board of Directors, an institutional transition that became necessary following the passing of Founder Arnaldo Manini, the Company confirms its commitment to continue along the path of solidity, production and technological excellence, and strategic vision that have guided its continuous growth since its origins.
Manini Prefabbricati SpA is a leading company in its sector, operating throughout Italy with headquarters in Assisi and three production plants (Lodi, Bastia Umbra, and Latina), with a production value of approximately €120 million and over 450 collaborators, including 320 direct employees. The company specializes in industrialized construction for production, commercial, and sports facilities, logistics, and large-scale infrastructure, with expertise in BIM design and the management of complex projects. This is made possible through the use of advanced systems, including IoT sensor technology (the Manini Connect system), and a strong focus on the seismic improvement and energy requalification of existing buildings (Manini Service).
Ownership remains firmly in the hands of the Manini family, also through the establishment of a trust set up by the founder himself, which ensures stability, continuity, and a management model capable of operating with authority and independence over time.
The new Board strengthens an approach founded on competence, responsibility, and long-term vision, maintaining full consistency with the Company’s history while continuing with determination the evolutionary path undertaken in recent years.
The renewed top management structure confirms itself as an essential safeguard, ensuring stakeholders stability and medium- to long-term reliability, together with the organization’s quantitative and qualitative growth in the identified and pursued development areas.
The managerialization of the Company is not a recent development, but a process launched back in 2017 at the direct initiative of Arnaldo Manini, who, with a foresight uncommon among the average Italian entrepreneurial class, chose to support the leadership of the company with a group of managers of proven experience and long tenure within the Company. Already at that time, he identified the current Chief Executive Officer, Manuel Boccolini, as the reference figure to whom these managers would report.
This structure—consolidated over the years—has allowed the management team to develop autonomy, operational cohesion, solidity, and an in-depth understanding of the business, elements that are now fully integrated into the Company’s modus operandi.
The organizational model adopted ensures management genuine independence in strategic decision-making: a decisive factor in continuing to innovate decisively, strengthening Manini Prefabbricati’s role as a leading player in industrialized prefabrication at the national level, and beyond.

The renewed Board of Directors for the 2026/2028 three-year term is made up of 5 members: Ing. Manuel Boccolini as Chairman and CEO, and four directors, including Ing. Salvatore Romano and three independent directors: Dott. Alcide Casini (as Vice Chairman), Avv. Stefano Negrini, and Prof. Franco Cotana—a structure that also safeguards decision-making impartiality and an “aseptic” (neutral) screening of choices, certified not only by entrepreneurial drive but also by holistic reasoning.
Ing. Manuel Boccolini, newly appointed Chairman and confirmed Chief Executive Officer, states:
