Manini Prefabbricati<\/a> continues its growth in the realm of Industry 4.0, continuing to invest in innovation and research. The creation of a 1:1 scale earthquake simulator<\/a> at the Bastia Umbra (PG) facility lays the foundation for further acceleration of the company’s activities both in Italy and abroad. <\/p>\n

“In this way, we are creating a building that,” explains Eng. Leonardo Casali, Technical Director of Manini Prefabbricati, “is able to withstand multiple seismic events without suffering damage and without the need for heavy restoration interventions.”<\/p>\n

The simulator can be used with different types of prefabricated structures to test their resistance to various telluric stresses and provide useful information to guide innovation in a sector that is experiencing an extremely important evolutionary phase.<\/p>\n

“Exporting our prefabricated structures abroad is complex. Our know-how and technology, however, are absolutely exportable,” states Eng.
