A Unique Opportunity for Entrepreneurs and Professionals Participating in the Event.

PERUGIA, 03/05/2025 – Thursday, March 13 at 5:30 PM at the Manini SPA Conference Hall, in S. Maria degli Angeli at Via San Bernardino da Siena 33, the highly anticipated event “Growing Up is for Grown-Ups – Why a Company’s Intentions Matter More Than Its Size” will take place. The event, to which businesses and professionals are invited, will feature Giuseppe Morici, formerly CEO of several multinational companies and currently Vice President at Feltrinelli.

The meeting is part of the Edotto Club – Ideas for a New Business Culture series, conceived in collaboration with the training company Creo and designed to explore new visions of the business world.

The initiative aims to promote interconnections and networking opportunities among local companies. Each event is designed as a meeting point for entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals and is created to stimulate in-depth reflection on how to successfully lead a company in the current context.

“In an era where the speed of change requires constant reinvention, the meeting with an authoritative figure like Giuseppe Morici aims to be an essential tool for developing effective strategies and sharing innovative visions, stimulating a collaborative environment that goes well beyond simple contact sharing – stated Claudia Pucci, Manager of Edotto Club –

The planned activities, which are thematic workshops designed to allow companies to compare the most effective management models and sustainable growth strategies through dialogue and direct confrontation, aim to give impetus to new ideas and projects, strengthening the entrepreneurial fabric of the territory.”

The event on Thursday, March 13, “Growing Up is for Grown-Ups,” which is heading towards a full house, will be held in the splendid conference hall of Manini SpA.

The meeting, moderated by Manini’s Marketing Manager, Anna Rita Rustici, will offer a unique opportunity to explore what makes a company long-lasting and mature, truly balancing identity and growth, and will give participants the chance to have a direct conversation with Giuseppe Morici, as well as being guests at the final aperitif.

The wide participation in the event demonstrates the growing sensitivity of local businesses towards the theme of the multiple factors that influence corporate life.

Giuseppe Morici, author of numerous books including the one that inspired the event’s title “Growing Up is for Grown-Ups,” anticipates – “Growing for a company is not purely an economic matter. What matters is the mentality, the culture, the way of being in the world, and above all, the way of managing internal conversation among the people who work there. A ‘great’ company never stops rethinking itself, imagines its future before it happens, but includes its past in it, without ever forgetting to carefully manage the present as well.”

The event is free, but places are limited to only 90 participants.

For more information on how to participate, visit the website https://club.edotto.com/ or contact the Edotto secretariat at 0742 320759.

What’s the Difference Between a Large Company and a Small One?
