Manini Prefabbricati has completed the construction of a multi-story prefabricated building that meets the highest requirements for versatility and safety.

The industrial warehouse built for the SI con te brand houses a shopping center located in Senigallia (AN), where it was incorporated into a redevelopment project of a disused industrial area. The prefabricated building was constructed using the multi-story prefabricated POKER system, a floor slab with ideal characteristics in terms of versatility and safety.
