Emmeci Spa – Roof Waterproofing and Installation of a New Photovoltaic System

In Cerreto Guidi (FI), Manini Service has successfully completed work for one of its important clients, Emmeci Spa, a company of the Coesia Spa group, a global leader in industrial and packaging solutions.

The intervention has given new life to the roof waterproofing that had reached the end of its life after about 30 years of service, and allowed for the installation of a new state-of-the-art photovoltaic system with a power output of approximately 250 kWp.

Thanks to their high level of specialization, the Manini Service team collaborated with the client’s design team to fine-tune the interventions, focusing on details and construction specifics during the design phase and on managing the construction site to avoid interfering with ongoing operations below.

Through careful planning and precise coordination of the entire project, the whole intervention was completed in 50 working days on a surface area of approximately 5,900 square meters, fully respecting the previously defined timeline and receiving the client’s satisfaction.
