A new 3,000 square meter multi-story structure has been built in Gualdo Tadino

An incubator of ideas and artisanal realities. This is the building that Ecosuntek commissioned from Manini Prefabbricati, not only for the Flea brewery but for all the businesses that coexist there and work in synergy to achieve a common goal: eco-sustainability.

In Gualdo Tadino (PG), we have constructed a 3,000 square meter multi-story structure with hollow-core slab, which houses a Padel court on the roof along with changing rooms, a relaxation area, and a bar. An architectural excellence developed considering the most modern thermal insulation techniques, which contribute to optimizing the energy performance of the structure, which is equipped with a 430 kW photovoltaic system.
