The know-how acquired over the years by the Division allows for proposing optimized design solutions in view of the range of benefits provided for building stock renovation interventions.
Starting from an initial feasibility assessment of the intervention from a technical and economic point of view, a proper business plan of the investment to be made is drawn up, allowing a clear view of the client’s economic benefit over the years.

The incentive for companies defined as seismic bonus refers to expenses related to interventions in seismic zones 1-2-3 on a national scale. For investments aimed simultaneously at reducing seismic risk and energy redevelopment, the entrepreneur can request a tax deduction of up to 80% for lowering the seismic risk by two classes. The tax deduction will be 85% if it is a condominium building.
