What It Is
On a JUNE 2017 evening, he opened the doors of his private residence Villa Mora, in a splendid embrace of hills around Assisi, to host a prestigious gathering of entrepreneurs from Central Italy and create optimal conditions for “spontaneous conversation” among entrepreneurs, where they could “look each other in the eyes, gather around an idea, shake hands and toast, why not, to a journey.”
It is an EVENT-non-EVENT, to stimulate discussion and the free flow of creative energy among key players in the economy of an important part of Italy, with an approach to business based on quality and the well-being of human relationships.
This advanced concept of organizational policy is “congenial” to Arnaldo Manini, who has been pursuing it in the company and in the territory for over 50 years.
Why
“The economy, change, the growth of a company, as well as of a territory, is always based on people, on their ability to network skills and resources, and it is the quality of this network that makes the difference.
I believe that sharing common goals, in the improvement and evolution of entrepreneurial activity, regardless of the field in which it is expressed, creates a unique energy among people, a correspondence that is the engine, the spark of every great important change. And I believe there is a great need to cultivate this human and intellectual energy at this time.”
