A long history of success

from “One Man Business” to Leading Industry Group

Manini Prefabbricati SpA was founded in Assisi in 1962, from the ingenuity, passion and courage of founder Arnaldo Manini. A concrete testament to successful “made in Italy,” from a small company specializing in the production of prefabricated products and components for a regional market, the company has constantly expanded its product range and the quality of services offered with parallel attention to organizational development. In 2001, while maintaining its own identity and management independence, Manini Prefabbricati SpA created a joint venture with MC Prefabbricati SpA, giving rise to MC – Manini Prefabbricati SpA.

The strategic dimension of the Partnership between the structures is such that it brought the Manini – MC Group to undisputed leadership in the Italian industrial prefabrication market, both in terms of turnover and economic value, as highlighted by industry studies (CERVED 2016) and international rating companies (PLIMSOL 2017).

Arnaldo Manini

Founder

Founder of the company, Arnaldo Manini exemplified that industrious entrepreneurship and visionary capacity that have contributed to enhancing and spreading the excellence of Made in Italy throughout the world.

For over 60 years he was the protagonist and mentor of Manini Prefabbricati, guiding its growth with passion, rigor and foresight, leaving an entrepreneurial and human legacy that continues to inspire the company.

Manuel Boccolini

Chief Executive Officer

The young Chief Executive Officer grew up in the company, as in the best Italian entrepreneurial traditions, fast-tracking his career thanks to his entrepreneurship, vision and expertise: after a brief technical experience following his engineering degree, he joined the company in 2005 as a Technical-Commercial professional, became Commercial Director and finally CEO.

Anna Rita Rustici

Marketing & Communication Manager

She has effectively held the role for over ten years, but has progressively added content and experience, moving with great ease in a specialized, male and highly competitive environment, made not only of steel and concrete but of relationships, planning and intuition, qualities that distinguish her and differentiate the company.

Luciano Baccarelli

Chief Financial Officer

A highly experienced manager developed throughout Italy, holding the same role in companies operating in logistics and commodities. In 2004, the call from Manini Prefabbricati brought home a seasoned professional who, over these 14 years, has been able to leave his mark on our organization.

Massimiliano Vita

Head of Business Processes

After a degree in Economics and Commerce and a master’s in Administration and Business, he brilliantly built his career in the world of business services, with significant experience in the industrial prefabricated sector. Only since 2017 has he joined our large family, with a strategic role for company operations.

Leonardo Casali

Technical Director

He boasts significant international technical experience, especially in relation to his age.
A visionary and passionate engineer, he brings to Manini not only his technical expertise and predisposition for technological innovation, but the creative drive of someone who conceives the company as a great laboratory where mind, heart and hands work together.

Marco Mancini

Area Manager

Area Manager for Umbria, the province of Viterbo and northern Campania.
A true company man, he joined our family at a very young age, experiencing all the company’s growth as a protagonist. His outstanding commercial skills and deep technical knowledge make him a reference point for clients and colleagues.

Evandro Monti

Area Manager

He is the Area Manager for Emilia Romagna.
After gaining long and significant experience in the industrial prefabrication sector, the manager’s path merged with the company’s about 10 years ago. Since then he has done brilliant work, in full harmony with company values, which has earned him the respect of clients and industry professionals.

Salvatore Romano

Head of Service Division

Expert in Project Management, a recent company acquisition, he is responsible for the start-up of the SERVICE Division with a view to opening a new market segment and therefore its overall management. Within the Division he is also the team leader for the development and commercialization of the innovative Manini Connect.

Fabrizio Fausti

Area Manager

After gaining significant experience in the industrial prefabrication sector, he joined the company in 2015 and has since been one of the stars of the sales force. He has integrated perfectly within the large Manini Prefabbricati family, sharing its values, style and modus operandi.

Roberto Metelli

Area Manager

He is the Area Manager for Marche and Abruzzo. In the company since 1989, he has inextricably linked his career to Manini Prefabbricati. The ability to combine great professionalism with undeniable human depth has made the manager one of the most appreciated Manini representatives in Italy, able to demonstrate his value with expertise and empathy.

Production facilities

Manini Prefabbricati S.p.A. currently has 4 Production Centers located throughout the territory and equipped with specific structural and organizational resources, integrated and designed for flexibility, so as to manage any fluctuations in workloads or requests from areas other than those of competence.

Management policies, the control model, procedures and quality standards, complying with stringent Certifications, are instead defined by general management and, therefore, are common to individual operating units.

The territorial distribution of the Production Centers allows coverage of the entire national territory: Bastia Umbra and Perugia cover Central-Northern Italy, Aprilia (LT) Central-Southern Italy, while the facility near Milan (Somaglia) is able to guarantee coverage of the entire Northern Italy area.
