Chief Executive Officer
The young Chief Executive Officer has grown in the company, as in the best Italian entrepreneurial traditions, accelerating his career path thanks to his initiative, planning skills, and competence: after a brief post-engineering degree technical experience, he joined the company in 2005 as a Technical-Commercial Manager, became its Commercial Director, and finally CEO.
Marketing Communication Manager
In fact, she has held the role for over ten years, but has progressively added content and experiences, moving with great ease in a specialized, male-dominated and highly competitive environment, made not only of steel and concrete but of relationships, planning, and intuition, qualities that distinguish her and differentiate the company.

A manager with extensive experience gained around Italy, holding the same role in companies operating in logistics and commodities. In 2004, the call from Manini Prefabbricati brought home a professional of substance who, over these 14 years, has been able to imprint his mark on our organization.
Business Process Manager
After graduating in Economics and Commerce and obtaining a master’s degree in Administration and Business, he brilliantly built his career in the world of business services, with significant experience in the industrial prefabrication sector. Only since 2017 has he become part of our large family, with a strategic role for company operations.

He boasts a significant international technical experience, especially in relation to his age.
A visionary and passionate engineer brings to Manini not only his technical expertise and predisposition for technological innovation, but also the creative drive of someone who conceives the company as a large laboratory where head, heart, and hands work together.

A true company man, he joined our family at a very young age, experiencing all the company’s growth as a protagonist. His strong commercial skills and deep technical knowledge make him a point of reference for clients and colleagues.

After gaining long and important experience in the industrial prefabrication sector, the manager’s path merged with that of the company about 10 years ago. Since then, he has done brilliant work, in full harmony with the company values, which has earned him the esteem of clients and industry professionals.
Service Division Manager
Expert in Project Management, a recent company acquisition, he is responsible for the start-up of the SERVICE Division with a view to opening a new market segment and therefore its all-round management. Within the Division, he is also the team leader for the development and commercialization of the innovative Manini Connect.
Area Manager
After gaining significant experience in the industrial prefabrication sector, he joined the company in 2015 and has since been one of the spearheads of the sales force. He has integrated perfectly into the large Manini Prefabbricati family, sharing its values, style, and modus operandi.

He is the Area Manager for Marche and Abruzzo. In the company since 1989, he has inextricably linked his career to Manini Prefabbricati. The ability to combine great professionalism with indisputable human depth has made the manager one of the most appreciated Manini standard-bearers in the Italian territory, able to demonstrate his value with competence and empathy.
